As has been widely reported, the Vashon Health Care District is exploring ways to bring much-needed, same-day urgent care services to the island.
One option under serious consideration is Dispatch Health, a national health care organization that provides urgent care “house calls” – experienced medical teams who treat acute — but not life-threatening — illnesses and injuries in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Want to learn more? One of Dispatch Health’s well-equipped vehicles will be on display at Strawberry Festival Saturday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside Langland Dental Associates, 17425 Vashon Hwy SW. Dispatch Health regional executives also will be there to answer questions.
