From therapy and case management to peer-led community circles, these organizations offer a range of ways for Vashon youth, adults, and families to access mental health support.

Dove provides trauma-informed therapy, including school-based, in-house, and acute care therapists, plus Community Access to Therapy (CAT) vouchers for those who need help covering session costs. Dove provides support for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and interpersonal harm on Vashon

Vashon Youth & Family Services provides counseling, case management, family support, and community-based programs that help children, youth, adults, and families navigate challenges.

Journeymen supports boys and young men through mentoring, circles, outdoor experiences, and community connection that build confidence, accountability, and healthy relationships.
Women Hold The Key offers circles, mentorship, and community-based support for girls and women, encouraging connection, resilience, leadership, and emotional well-being.
